Tips: Healthy Diet
In my office, so many female friends who want a more compact body and slim look, if you do not want to say fat. They use a variety of ways to lose any weight. Starting from changing way of life, diet, to use a variety of slimming drugs from a doctor / medical as well as from natural ingredients.
But many among those who had fallen ill, often unconscious, the body is weak, easily tired, decreased appetite, and so on. And this affects the daily routine, even monthly routine, such as menstrual cycle began irregular. But if it is recommended to return to the previous lifestyle or as usual, they’ll say, “I’m on a diet”.
Then how do the healthy diet, or we want to diet but did not get sick like those above?
Initially we need to understand first is understanding what the diet itself. Diet is a way regulate food intake your body needs. The best diet is a healthy and balanced diet. Thus, the diet was not reduced food intake or limit it, but set diet (set eaten patterns).
A healthy and balanced diet consisting of at least five major food groups. There are:
- Bread, cereal (including breakfast cereals) and potatoes (starchy foods),
- Fruit (including fresh fruit juices) and vegetables,
- Meat and fish,
- Milk and dairy foods, and
- Fats and sugar.
Most people should eat three times a day. Most people need to eat more starchy foods and more fruits and vegetables, as well as reducing fat intake, drink less alcohol and eat less salt. Look for labels that say that low-fat diet (especially saturated fat), low salt, and sugar-free.
Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals, low in calories and high in fiber. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables maintain a healthy heart and body. They are also an ideal alternative to eating crisps and chocolate as snacks between meals.
Here I would like to share some tips, how a good diet and can be used as a healthy diet. There are some diets that I apply to the patients I am in the case keep the body healthy despite the diet, especially to lose weight.
Breakfast: done at around 6-8 am. Expand food that contains high protein, like eggs, chicken, fish, beef, tofu, tempeh, and so on. While reducing foods containing carbohydrates, like rice, half of portion servings are usually, or a stack of bread.
Lunch: done at about 11 am to 1 pm. At this time you can choose to eat what you like or want, but their composition must be kept in accordance with the five major food groups above, you can eat with rice, plus side dishes and vegetables as you like. As the balance you need to add the consumption of fruits eaten or fresh fruit juice. These fruits need to consume approximately 1 hour before the meal begins. Remember! fruit before a meal and not after a meal.
Dinner: try to do dinner between 6-8 o’clock in the evening. The recommended menu includes vegetables and fruits. You can eat without rice, but do not get no food intake at all. Eat vegetables and fruits in the form of salads or fruit juice. If you want to add the rice, just a little portion. Give distance approximately 2 hours after dinner and then went to sleep.
Perform the above diet regularly and on time. Better yet, if you get a drink of water no less than 8 glasses each day, but avoid interrupting drinking water at meal times, because it makes the digestive system does not focus on digesting the food.
Snacking habits should also be reduced, because it can increase fat levels are not controlled. Began also to reduce the habit of drinking soft drinks, coffee, and drinks that can interfere with nutrient absorption systems. Smoking habits were strongly advised to avoid. Balance with daily exercise at least 15 minutes every day, if not capable of at least 2 times a week. Also, avoid stress and start to approach God in order to be given the strength and health.
