Orange Can Really Shed Fat? |

Everyone has a method to maintain ideal weight. They often adopt a diet appropriate information about their respective beliefs, without a good understanding of how it works.
General Director of Clinical Research Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Ahmed Kissebah, reveals one of the many myths that are believed to shed fat, that is the consumption of oranges.
The myth that spread over the years is to eat oranges and drink orange juice, or taking orange extract pills to help burn fat faster. Whereas in fact not the case.
Kissebah, who is also medical adviser to the group weight loss, said, adding citrus elements with a fair portion of the weight-loss diet menus are quite useful. Orange is a low-calorie foods that can create the sensation of satiety. “But there is no food that can lead to fat burned,” he said.
He even warned dieters to avoid the consumption of citrus combine with pork, eggs or food containing high fat and protein. Such a combination would only improve cholesterol levels in the blood.
