How to Improve Your Child Nutrition Levels

Sometimes young children have difficulty eating, both because of the declining appetite, or even because the child does not like the food you serve. Usually the mother will also be confused and dazed look like child’s behavior so. But if this is ignored, the child could be suffering from lack of nutrition required by him/her. Then how are we going to stay awake child nutritional intake? Are there any tips for him?

In order to avoid a malnourished child, the mother can increase the intake of nutrients by increasing the nutrient density in the following ways:

  • Adding a formula into the child’s dry food or homemade baby cereal.
  • Add the meat that has been pulverized (ground beef) and vegetables.
  • Margarine or butter smeared on the finger foods.
  • Add whole milk of cow’s milk in the food that has been crushed.
  • Add powdered milk to the pudding.
  • Add oil or butter in food that has been crushed or pulverized.
  • Add the cream into the puree or fruit.
  • Add grated cheese or cream cheese into mashed potatoes or scrambled eggs.
  • Encourage your child to eat 3 main meals and 3 times a nutritious snack.

Thus a few tips that may be useful for mothers who are confused about their children in difficulty eating. Hopefully one of the above tips helpful. If anyone has another tips, please share it here.

    Namanya anak suka angot-angotan. Kadang suka banget pake sayur kadang menolak. Tapi kalau yang namanya buah, apapun, anak-anak saya tidak pernah menolak. Namanya juga anak-anak.
