This blog is my second blog after dokternasir.web.id already involved in the Internet world since June 2008. This blog is born right at the end of 2009, the inspiration of my former classmates, Ade Wahyudin (I say many thanks to him), when I really want to learn SEO deeper. But this blog will not discuss about how to make the SEO blog, but I’m more focused on the information and tips about public health knowledge and practical lifestyle, according to my background as a physician.
Written many articles I quoted from various media and information on the Internet with a few additions and editing necessary so they can more easily digested and applied in daily life.
